As part of the contract, every childcare worker is personally vetted and interviewed by Julie (where practical interviews are face to face). Each and every childcare worker has a full background check including at least two references and their qualifications (Julie insists on seeing original documents). First Aid and CRB certificates are checked for validity as are all driver licences.
